羅臼の知人から、鮭が届いた。

My friend, a fisherman lives in Rausu Hokkaido, sent me the special fresh salmon.
It was huge size, I struggled for dressing this fish but taste was super delicious!
I'm happy, because I feel something like friendship with the people from Rausu.
I photographed them, several years... it is big pleasure for a little photographer who loves Rausu.

竹富町の民俗芸能を聴きに。

ちょっと長いタイトルになるけど
『竹富町制施行70周年記念講演
沖縄県竹富町島々の民俗芸能　世乞い』
を観に国立劇場に行ってきた。

シーカヤック、知床半島周回2018。

2018年8月末。今年3度目となる北海道遠征。
羅臼在住の知人である石田さんにお願いして
知床半島先端部をシーカヤックで回ってきました。
In the end of August, I went to Shiretoko Peninsula sea-kayak expedition with my friend.
He's a professional guide who lives in Shiretoko.
So, I could enjoy safe trip and amazing landscapes.

It was the first time for me that I visit the tip of Shiretoko Peninsula.
Great landscapes, big experience thanks for the good guide.

釣り師の宿題。

8月末、羅臼にある馴染みの宿に着くと、
釣り客が持ち帰ったカラフトマスを捌いていた。
last month, the end of August, I visited my favorite place, Rausu(羅臼) in Hokkaido.
I met some tourists who visited Rausu for enjoying leisure fishing.
And I photographed their HOME WORK.
Pink salmon is really beautiful fish even on the cutting board, I think.
