雪深き阿仁の里。

さてさて雪の話題が続きます。
先日の秋田小旅行、後編。次に訪れたのは山間の里、阿仁です。
朝早くから、地元の方々が駅の雪かきをしてくれていました。

After the Kakunodate trip, we went to small villages of Ani （阿仁）.
Ani is located in between of mountain. One of the heaviest snow area in Japan.
All of view was white because of much snow.
And tiny train goes slowly on the railway covered with snow.

見上げると、締まった空気に、霧氷に覆われた白い山々の木々。
吐く息は白いけど、この景色を楽しんでいると、左程寒さは感じませんでした。
雪は、あったかいんですね。

Winter’s landscape is very beautiful.
But we should know the huge snowing is so hard for people who live in there.
In this white season, they must spend much power for removing snow with shovel.

やがて山間の向こう、
仄かに雪煙をあげながら、ゆっくりと小さな電車がやってきます。

記念に貰ってきた切符。
秋田内陸縦貫鉄道。鉄道好きの方は、ご存知なんじゃないかな？

途中下車して、景色がいい場所へと向うけど、
道の両脇はこんな雪の壁…。

視界を確保しようと、橋の上、よいしょ、よいしょと壁を壊します。
テトリスみたいだぜ。

開けた景色は、風に舞う雪に相俟って、なかなかの美しさ。
うーん。ゼッケイなり。

余談ですが、直木賞作家熊谷達也さんの小説『邂逅の森』は
このあたりの集落が舞台になっています。
主人公はご存知 『阿仁マタギ』。
ここいらは、この国の森を最もよく知る一族が住んだ村々なんですね。
なんとなく、感無量。

This are also famous as villages of “Matagui”.
Matagui is Japanese traditional hunter.
They were living by shooting mountain-animals.
Serows, deers, foxes and bears…
They have precious knowledge about living in nature.
They’ve lived with nature for long time.
So know the real way to protecting nature.

あちこちで雪かきしてます。これが毎日。
ほんとうに雪が深いところに住む方々は大変ですね。

中に入るとストーブであったかい。

テレビの取材班？な方々も来ていて、みんなで電車の到着を待つ。
車両が到着すると、みんなカメラを向けて、ちょっと賑やか。

空は時々、青い晴れ間を見せてくれました。
雪で大変なのだろうけど、どこかほっとしてしまう景色です。

ずっと話をしていて、やっと訪れることが出来た秋田県阿仁の里。
紅葉も有名ですが、僕は新緑や真夏の彩を見たい。
マタギの里として有名ですから、彼らを育んだ森を歩いてもみたいですね。

それから、雪の白さに見惚れて随分シャッターを押してしまいましたが
また写真ブログの方で大きいサイズで載せていきたいと思います。

しかし、ここにはすぐまた来るだろうね。
次は新緑の季節かな。
