道東も春。

小さくなっていく流氷。この白い海の景色とも、しばらくお別れです。
さて、もう4月。ご無沙汰しております。
こちら北国も、さすがに暖かくなってきました。
まもなく生活環境が変わるので、すこし慌ただしく、思うように撮影には出れませんが
ちょこちょこ森を歩いてはいます。

Spring has arrived at here eastern Hokkaido.
Drift ice are melting into the ocean.
And the color changes to green & blue from white.

春近い知床へ。

さて先週は、またまた久しぶりに知床半島へと足を伸ばしてきました。
3泊4日で羅臼と宇登呂を慌ただしく行ったり来たり。
最後になるかも、ということで羅臼では海鷲のクルーズにも参加してきました。

Last week, visited Shiretoko peninsula again.
I took part in Eagle-watching-cruise of Rausu(羅臼).
At rausu in this season, you can see many huge eagles nearby.

真冬の日々。

すっかり流氷が海を覆って、真冬になりました。今も雪が降り続けています。
ブログではすっかりご無沙汰していましたが、こちら北海道では穏やかな日々を送っております。
体調もまだ万全ではないので、山も少しお預けです。
北国に滞在できる時間も残りわずか。焦りもありますが、急いでも仕方がないですからね。

We're in the mid-winter of northern Japan.
spending silent time in snowy days.
In this season the big animal are sleeping.
So I'm photographing small creatures, frozen river and ocean with drift ice.
I'm having good time. Still have a few month in Hokkaido. ...I'll enjoy it. :)
