コンタクトフォーム不具合について。

当サイトのコンタクトフォームがうまく機能していないことが発覚した為、
現在使用を停止しております。
「無事送信されました」と表示されますが、こちらには何も届いていません。
恐らくワードプレスのバージョンアップ時に何らかの不具合が生じたようです。
2015年3月~4月上旬頃ご連絡いただき、返信の無い方は、
お手数ですが再度お問い合わせいただけますと幸いです。

This website's contact-form had been crashed.
If you need to contact me, send a email to this mail address.
especially from March to beginning of April 2015,
I couldn't notice even whether received a mail or not.
I guess that was because of server's problem.
So, if you had sent me any message in this period,
