硬い皮のところをジョキジョキ切って食べるわけです…。
生（半生？）ちゅうのは珍しいらしくて。
それはもう、ことのほか美味というか、お酒が進むというか…。

Many salmon comes to ocean and river of Hokkaido.
So you can get good salmon-foods in Hokkaido.
This TOBA from HAKODATE city, was really nice.
go well with red-wine. :)




お次はシュウマイ。函館名産、イカシュウマイだとか。
これまたお酒によろしおす。

And shao-mai (one kind of chinese food, very popular in Japan.),
These were also souvenir from Hakodate.
It is Ika-shaomai, contains good squid.
Best match with beer!

他にもいろいろ旨いものがあるんだけど、切りがないのでこの辺で。
うーん。あ、あと北海道のワインも、美味しいね。

とばとワインが意外と合うのですよ。ことのほか。
